Round 1	Jan - Mar	A pre-emergent herbicide is applied to help prevent germination of summer grassy weeds such as crabgrass. A post-emergent herbicide is applied to any visible weeds.	Stay off lawn until dry. Read comments and suggestions left by the lawn technician.	Visible weeds should curl and turn brown after about 10 - 14 days.	Visible weeds should be reduced within 2 weeks. Germination of summer grassy weeds such as crabgrass will be reduced.
Round 2	Mar - May	A second pre-emergent herbicide is applied to help prevent germination of summer grassy weeds. A post-emergent herbicide is applied to any visible weeds.	Stay off lawn until dry. Read comments and suggestions left by the lawn technician.	Visible weeds should curl and turn brown after about 10 - 14 days.	Visible weeds should be reduced within 2 weeks. Germination of summer grassy weeds such as crabgrass will be reduced.
Round 3	May - Jul	We apply fertilizer and spot treat for weeds.	Stay off lawn until dry. Read comments and suggestions left by the lawn technician.	Turf should become visibly greener. Weeds should curl and turn brown after about 10 - 14 days.	Turf density and vigor is improved. A dense healthy turf will discourage weeds and crabgrass.
Round 4	Jul - Aug	We apply fertilizer and spot treat for weeds.	Stay off lawn until dry. Read comments and suggestions left by the lawn technician.	Turf should become visibly greener. Weeds should curl and turn brown after about 10 - 14 days.	Turf density and vigor is improved. A dense healthy turf will discourage weeds and crabgrass.
Round 5	Aug - Dec	We apply lime and spot treat for weeds.	Stay off lawn until dry. Read comments and suggestions left by the lawn technician.	No visible short-term effect from the lime.	The PH of the soil is increased, allowing the lawn to better utilize available nutrients and increase response to fertilizer.
Round 6	Sep - Oct	A pre-emergent herbicide is applied to help prevent germination of broadleaf weeds that would normally appear in the Spring. A post-emergent herbicide is applied to any visible weeds.	Stay off lawn until dry. Read comments and suggestions left by the lawn technician.	Weeds should curl and turn brown after about 10 - 14 days.	Visible weeds should be reduced within 2 weeks. Germination of Winter & Spring broadleaf weeds such as dandelion will be reduced.
Round 7	Oct -Dec	A pre-emergent herbicide is applied to help prevent germination of broadleaf weeds that would normally appear in the Spring. A post-emergent herbicide is applied to any visible weeds.	Stay off lawn until dry. Read comments and suggestions left by the lawn technician.	Weeds should curl and turn brown after about 10 - 14 days.	Visible weeds should be reduced within 2 weeks. Germination of Winter & Spring broadleaf weeds such as dandelion will be reduced.
