TruGreen of Jackson, TN and TruGreen of Tupelo. MS are locally owned franchises of the TruGreen Company, the world’s largest lawn and landscape service. TruGreen is a subsidiary of the ServiceMaster Company, and is headquartered in Memphis, TN.

TruGreen leads in the development of new technology for lawn and landscape care. Substantial resources are devoted to evaluating new products and equipment and developing better methods for taking care of grass, trees, and shrubs. As franchises, our affiliation with the industry leader gives TruGreen of Jackson and Tupelo access to training, products and technology beyond the scope of most locally based lawn care businesses.

The TruGreen organization has also taken an active leadership role in developing and supporting sound environmental practices and regulatory policies. We are committed to sustainable and responsible practices and products, and have established our own set of environmental stewardship principles.

TruGreen of Jackson and TruGreen of Tupelo employees live and have deep roots in their communities. They are committed to providing customers the highest quality service available. In the unlikely event that a full program customer does experience a problem within our control, our team of trained professionals will work to resolve the matter, or refund the amount of the last application. Period.

All lawn specialists are tenured full-time employees. Some have college degrees in agriculture related studies. Their pay plans are competitive with or superior to similar jobs in larger markets. Ongoing training is provided to ensure that employees remain current in the use of the latest equipment and production techniques. All lawn specialists are certified by appropriate regulatory authorities to apply herbicides and pesticides, and participate in continuing education in order to maintain that certification. All employees have access to health insurance coverage and access to other benefits, helping us to maintain a stable, productive, loyal and skilled workforce.

TruGreen has been operating in Jackson, TN for over 20 years. TruGreen has only recently come to Tupelo, MS, but our combination with “Tee-to-Green Lawn Care” will allow us to tap into the skill and experience of the local lawn care market leader very quickly.
